Bookkeeper Position: Extensive bookkeeping, including but not limited to, accounts receivables and payables, bank reconciliation, maintain and balance general ledger, tax report filings, prepare various financial statements, and other general accounting/administrative duties. Qualifications: 2-4 years' experience in general ledger accounting and month end reconciliation QuickBooks ninja Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Outlook) Experience with Propertyware a plus Strong organizational and analytical skills Ability to work quickly, accurately and flexible in managing changing priorities Excellent people skills Ability to work independently Willing and able to work long hours as needed Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field Responsibilities: Manage QuickBooks daily Reconciling bank accounts Processing incoming and outgoing checks Deposits and Accounts Receivable Balancing accounting records 1099's and year end Tax Prep Collecting past due payments Audits and running reports Projects assigned by management team Benefits : Competitive salary Medical, Dental, Vision Wellness 401K PTO Potential for advancement
