**Role Summary:**
This role supports the C&I Solar development and commercial functions in pipeline and project analysis to drive profitability and risk mitigation
**Essential Responsibilities:**
In addition you will :
+ Proactively serve as business partner to Sales & Development to drive business growth and strategy
+ Manage pipeline forecasting and analysis including orders, revenue and margin for business operating and planning rhythms
+ Establish portfolio risk review mechanism to identify and mitigate exposure to state and local incentive markets, tax / ITC risk, development capital at risk, and channel exposure
+ Create revenue recognition handoff rhythm post-contract signature for execution by operating teams
+ Support modeling, business case creation and project finance structuring in coordination with sales and development team for review in investment committee and potential partnership opportunities to ensure financial and accounting accuracy
+ Manage investment committee meeting rhythms including pricing / margin reviews, contract reviews and revenue recognition
+ Work with commercial team to accelerate commitments, orders and drive cash collection on progress milestones
+ Support commercial teams in contract terms and negotiation, transacting with applicable parties (utilities, incentive programs, financiers, channels), obtaining and complying with performance obligations, and other offtaker and financier documentation requirements
+ Support business integration effort and establishment of updated / new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
+ Assist in any project related quarterly or annual closing processes as needed
+ **PLEASE NOTE : Work Location listed is Norwalk, CT. However, this position may be considered at other US Locations, such as Schenectady, NY , New York City, NY** **Qualifications/Requirements:**
+ Bachelor s degree from an accredited university or college
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting and / or Project/Program Management **ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENT :**
+ PLEASE NOTE : Work Location listed is Norwalk, CT. However, this position may be considered at other US Locations, such as Schenectady, NY, New York City, NY **Desired Characteristics:**

+ Ability to manage several tasks simultaneously with speed & accuracy
+ Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate results in a clear / concise manner
+ Desire to learn energy markets and development business model
