Position Description
Supervises Mortgage Service and Support functions to include escrow servicing, customer service, payment processing, and investor remittance / reporting. Responsible for oversight and servicing of 23,000 loans, the majority of which are serviced for investors. Ensures compliance with all State, Federal, and regulatory aspects of mortgage servicing functions. Ensures accuracy of Bank documents and records on accounts. Leads staff to include coaching, development, training, performance management, discipline, salary planning, and staffing. Works directly with associates to ensure all deadlines are met and mortgage loan accounts are serviced accurately. Heavy customer contact. Works directly with internal and external auditors. There are two Supervisors in this job, one who oversees Escrow and Customer Service functions and one who oversees Payment Processing and Investor Remittance / Reporting functions.
Position Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelors degree with at least 4 years bank operations or servicing experience.
High school diploma or GED with at least 6 years mortgage operations or servicing experience.

Supervisory experience.
