About Ngorli Organization
The Ngorli organization was founded by a US army veteran in effort to promote education globally. The word Ngorli ((ŋgↄli)) is a word spoken in the Ewe language; it means there is hope or future. Ewe is the language spoken in Ghana, Togo and Benin, which are all in West Africa. The Ngorli Organization is a 501(c)(3) certified nonprofit organization in the United State of America and it is also registered in Ghana, Africa.
Ngorli believes that access to quality education is a necessity and a fundamental right for every child regardless of their constraint. Hence Ngorli provides the means and access to quality education for children of underprivileged communities internationally. We are committed to cultivating the optimum academic potential of each child regardless of the constraints.

Ngorli is comprised of a dynamic group of individuals of different backgrounds, age groups, and educational backgrounds with a common goal to uplift, inspire, and provide to deprived children across the globe.

Due to limited funds, the organization has most of its project in Africa and few in the United State of America. The organization is working to expend it works in the United State of America and expend to other continents in the near future.

Job Description: Administration Assistance & Program Coordinator is responsible for day to day running of the Ngorli Organization. The Administration Assistance & Program Coordinator will work closely with the president to achieve his goals. He/she will research, make calls, schedule and attend meeting.
Ensure that the programs and services offered by the organizations contribute to the organization's mission and reflect the priorities of the president.

⢠Proof reading
⢠Work directly with the president
⢠Social Media updates and postings
⢠Coordinate Fundraisers activities
⢠Coordinate Volunteers activities
⢠Coordinate Members activities
⢠Schedule and attend meeting on behalf of the organizations
⢠Helps prepare bulk mailings
⢠Prepares correspondence as needed
⢠Grant research
⢠Write letter of enquiry


You can work from home and create your own hours and days for approval by president

Passion for Charity and for Africa

Proficient in Microsoft programs (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)

Proficient in writing internal and external correspondence

Ability to focus, organizes, and prioritizes essential functions of this job in order to meet deadlines

Ability to foster and maintain teamwork skills

Demonstrates proficient and professional communication skills

Able to adjust and be flexible to the sudden demands

Education, Experience, and/or Prerequisites Required:

Some College preferred but High school diploma/GED will be considered

Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
