Staffmasters is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an Order Inventory Billing Clerk job in Northeast Columbia. This is a temporary opportunity. As an Order Inventory Billing Clerk you will be responsible for data entry and physical inventory. Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below! Responsibilities for Order Inventory Billing Clerk this job include: Perform inventory adjustments (quantity and price variance analysis) as needed Analyze and report physical inventory for all divisions Data entry of work orders for product issued and completed. Matching work orders to be packed with product and printing correct customer order requirements/attention to detail critical. Accurate Invoicing of customer orders shipped and tracking orders to make sure they are shipped in 2 days. Data entry of Buy items received and monitoring report for completion. Keying and monitoring of Rework product. Recounts of cycle count items and verifying inaccuracies where possible. Assisting Customer Service thru E-mails for releases of customer orders and needed changes to customer orders already printed. Additional hours required when someone is out in the department and at month-end. A lot of walking involved. Creating additional paperwork requirements for specific customers to include export documents for International orders.
