Login Now Operation Coordinator (Administrative Assistant) Location Pelion SC Minimum Experience Required: 1 - 3 years Minimum Education Required: High School Grad/GED Shift (if applicable): 1st Days: Monday -Friday Job Responsibilities: WP Rawl is a grower, processor, and distributor of over 15 different varieties of fresh vegetables harvested year round and more than 50 different packaged value-added products. We are currently in search of a Operations Coordinator Admin Assist supporting our processing facility in Pelion, SC. Duties of this position: Maintain grower contracts. Submit, review, and scan weekly and period end grower reports. Correct cooler receipts as necessary. Obtain data necessary for period end closing entries. Prepare assessment accruals. Assist with internal audits. Work closely with the receiving, quality assurance and buying team. Other responsibilities include preparation and tracking of product quantities and qualities including reporting and serving as the administrative assistant to the Director of Food Safety & Quality Assurance. Draft, prepare, and track to completion (Signatures, originals, etc.) all Grower/supplier contracts for all commodities being grown for both Value Added and Fresh Pack programs in all US regions and Mexico. Other: Must have the ability to make decisions, appear for work on time, follow directions, interact well with co-workers, understand and follow posted work rules and procedures. Required Skills Knowledge/Skills: Strong personal and mainframe computer skills and the ability to interact with a variety of people. Candidate must be proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point computer programs. Work Experience: 3-4 years accounting/administrative/clerical experience required.
