Candidate should possess a proven experience in the development and maintenance of Technical Standards. Candidate will be responsible for managing the Security and Architecture Review Board, developing, documenting and implementing technical standards related to state:wide information technologies and Enterprise Technology Architecture. The ability to work independently and to work outside of the normal work hours, as needed, is required. Daily Duties / Responsibilities: Work with Security and Architecture Review Board (SARB), internal teams consisting of Division of Technology and various state agency architects and engineers to obtain an in:depth understanding of the services offered and to develop/document technical standards to be followed during the implementation of those services. Emphasis shall be placed on enterprise technology from the standpoint of IT and business management; enterprise technology procurement and vendor posture; and enterprise technology usage from the customer / user consumption standpoint.Required Skills (rank in order of Importance): Excellent written skills (English); Proven work experience in development, documentation, and implementation of technical standards; Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in both text and diagrams/flow charts; Ability to deliver high quality documentation with attention to detail. Required Education: Bachelors Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience.
