DAILY BASIS:Database Administration Functions, Operations and Support for a large Data Warehouse environment.TECHNICAL BACKGROUND:Analyze and evaluate existing or proposed systems, and devise computer programs, systems and related procedures to process data using appropriate systems environment/platform. Document programs/procedures.Evaluate and resolve system programming problems and coordinate implementation of modifications or enhancements.Evaluate interrelationships in immediate programming area to determine how changes in one program will affect another related area. Analyze and revise system logic. Recommend the development of new code or reuse of existing code.Responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining and supporting application software/programs that are delivered on time and within budget.Work closely with analysts and team members to understand business requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. Participate in component and data architecture design, and performance monitoring.Experience developing ETL Scripts using Microsoft SSIS 2014 and / or other similar/equivalent tool sets.SYSTEMS:Working closely with Stakeholders (including Customers, Architecture, and DBA's) to create and maintain ETL Scripts that feed the Data Warehouse Environment.Skills:Bachelors degree in CS, IT or other job-related experience OR Associates degree in CS, IT or other job-related experience plus 2 added years of work-related exp OR: 6 Years Extra 4 years of work-related exp: 8 Years Technical application development, system testing, analysis, design, and/or programming or other job-related exp: 8 Years Experience in ETL Scripts in Data Warehouse environment Experience developing ETL Scripts using Microsoft SSIS 2014 or similar - provided by DiceETL Scripts, Data Warehouse, SSIS
