Columbia office of an Amlaw 100 law firm seeks an IT Trainer (Technology Coach).
The candidate will deliver technology training programs for all attorneys and staff.
Candidate will be responsible for conducting classroom training as needed on all Firm software applications. This includes new hire computer training, software upgrades and roll-outs and on-going skills enhancement.
Other job responsibilities include creating videos, podcasts and mobile training as well as testing applications and special projects. Will work with Training Manager to develop course curriculum.
+ 3+ years of training experience in a law firm environment or equivalent.
+ Knowledge of creating legal documentation in Microsoft Word is essential, as is the ability to learn new applications quickly, proficiently and independently.
+ College degree and a technology background is preferred.
+ Travel is required.
