(More details at Overview:In this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing the development and enhancement of complex information technology solutions and services. Some of the technologies include systems to support integrated and distributed server environments in the delivery of the enterprise scale of software. PMs will work with the Information Technology staff to manage project decisions relating to the design and development of new applications as well as enhancements and modifications to existing applications.This position is located in Columbia, SC.Responsibilities:Ensure that all contractual requirements, work products, and deliverables are metEnsure that projects are completed on schedule and within budgetDirect project management activities include developing and updating a detailed project plan; developing all project management plans; managing resources; scheduling activities; writing status reports; managing risks; managing change control; and facilitating team and customer meetingsEstablish strong working relationship with customer and serve as the primary customer contact. Manage communications both internally (among team members and subcontractors) and with customers, including meeting facilitation, documentation, etc.Develop and maintain documents in SharePoint and schedules for projects using MS Project Server including loading and leveling resourcesStrong Medicaid experienceDevelop and maintain risk analysis documents, including risk containment strategies and contingency plansEnsure all aspects of the project life cycle, including requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, implementation and documentation, are completed according to required timeframesContribute to a high-performing, motivated work group by applying interpersonal communication and collaboration skills to achieve project goalsMonitor, evaluate, and report on project performance (budget, cost, schedule, scope, quality, risk, and issue) and financial statusQualifications:Five years' experience in a Project Manager roleStrong Medicaid experienceSolid technical background, with understand or hands-on experience in software development and web technologiesPMP CertifiedProven experience with all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)5+ years project management experience; prefer work on large, complex IT projectsInterested candidates can send their resume to or call 636-489-2124All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability or veteran status. - provided by DicePMP, Healthcare or Medicaid, Project Management
