ARYZTA Americas operates one of the largest specialty bakery businesses servicing all major customers in the retail, foodservice, QSR and convenience store channels.
The Americas Structure includes four operating Business Units: Brazil, Canada, ARYZTA US Baking Solutions and ARYZTA US Consumer Foods, which are serviced by the Americas Central Support Functions covering areas such as Food Safety and Quality Assurance, Environmental Health and Safety, Sustainability, HR, Legal, IT, Finance Shared Services, Procurement, Category Management, and Commercialization.

:Packaging area: keeping area clean and sanitized.
:Communicating with supervisor on any quality issues
:Retrieve product samples to identify any quality issues
:Understand operation of packaging machinery
:Verify Count and Weight based on product standards
:Maintains all production/quality records and reports as required.
: Communicates with supervision and co:workers all information relevant to the
:Insures the proper set:up for the next shift and communicates to them all information
relevant to manufacturing process.
:Performs on:line training of new operators and assists in other training activities which
support the manufacturing process
:Starts machine and observes operation to detect malfunctions of machine.
:Trouble shoots, rectifies operator problems and reports any downtime exceeding 5 min. to maintenance and supervisor immediately.
:Performs light preventive maintenance.
:Makes minor adjustments or repairs such as opening valves, changing forming dies, setting guides, or clearing away damaged product.
:Inspects filled containers to ensure that product is packaged according to specifications.
:Replenishes packaging supplies such as boxes, bags, glue, ink rolls, or labels.
:Keeps scale and work area clean and free of debris
:Insures that bags are properly sealed and have the correct code information
: Maintains clean and sanitary work area, machinery and equipment.
: Performs all tasks and duties required to insure production and efficiency standards are met.
: Knows and understands the operation and function of all machinery and supporting
: Makes all necessary machinery and equipment adjustments and performs all tasks and duties
necessary for efficient start:ups, daily operation, change:over and shut:downs.
:Trouble shoots, identifies and solves process, machinery and equipment problems within
the scope of operator responsibility.
: Accurately communicates safety, quality, production, maintenance and sanitation issues
to supervision and /or the appropriate department personnel.
: Performs all operator preventative maintenance (P.M.s).
