We are looking for someone who welcomes the ability to work in a team based, call center environment, answering inbound calls and problem solving basic issues. 3 Month Contract to hire Hours:Monday through Friday between 7 AM to 7 PM Job Duties: CSRs will take about 40+ inbound calls only from Insured's or Lien Holders answering billing related questions and taking endorsement requests as needed. These resources do not have to be Licensed Agents.Call center environmentCustomers are asking about payments, billing information, copies of insurance, adding people to policies, add/delete vehicles, changing coverageWork on an insurance policy management programProblem solve and communicate effectively with customers Requirements: Call Center 1+ yearsInsurance background is preferred (specifically P&C is a great bonus)MS Office knowledgeCredit check requiredBackground check and drug test required 2 - 3 weeks of paid training include: Classroom training and then on the job training listening in on an experienced CSR callsTaking calls while someone is there to audit Hands on training in a classroom Is this job tailored just for you?
