Bachelors Degree Required 2-4 years experience required Job Summary: Provides teen pregnancy prevention education at a minimum of 4-6 hours per week to middle school and high school students during their lunch period.? Responsible for facilitating group activities and involving teens in group discussions.? Serves as liaison between school(s) and Palmetto Health.? Some evening and weekend work required. All team members are expected to be knowledgeable and compliant with Palmetto Health's values of compassion, dignity, excellence, integrity, and teamwork. Responsibilities: Conducts weekly group activities. Coordinates weekly sessions. Ensures students attend weekly group sessions. Maintains weekly contact with school guidance counselor. Designs monthly newsletter articles. Maintains weekly/monthly program data. Conducts community presentations and facilitates community health fairs. Required to attend monthly staff meetings and trainings. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Public Health, or related field.
