**What You Will Be Doing**
Project types include small to large construction projects in food processing plants and refrigerated warehouse/distribution facilities. Projects range from $500K - $10M with our largest project around $50M
Project Manager will work closely with the project team and supervise manage all field personnel and will be responsible for the following:
Ensure projects are completed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule.
Professionally represent us as the primary interface with Owner & AEs.
Request internal support from the company as needed.
Review all project purchase requisitions, change requests.
Maintain official project logs and documentation files.
Adhere to our Safety Program.
Perform additional assignments per company executive direction.
Build market position by identifying, qualifying, developing, negotiating and closing new business deals
Bring in technical experts and other partners, as appropriate, to present the best solution for potential business deal
**What You Need for this Position**
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field of study is a huge plus
- Requires a minimum of 3 years experience in commercial construction
- LEED certified is a plus
- Possesses strong business development skills, including prospecting, building rapport, discovering needs, closing deals, presentation
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and subcontractors
- Commercial estimation experience
- Exhibits impressive communication skills, both verbal and written
