Region Field Staffing Leader Responsibilities The Region Field Staffing Leader will combine solid leadership abilities with a firm and demonstrated commitment to the development and success of employees and will promote and advance the employer brand to effectively engage candidates. They will also act as a Subject Matter Expert in the area of recruitment and play a key role in developing, implementing and executing broad recruiting strategies. The Region Field Staffing Leader will perform full cycle general and administrative recruitment within the region sourcing high quality active, passive and diverse candidates from intake to offer acceptance and will build and maintain a pipeline of diverse talent employing advanced sourcing and candidate identification methods. Essential Responsibilities/Job Duties: + Serve as a strategic partner with hiring leaders to understand their business objectives, growth strategies and hiring needs in order to develop strategic recruitment plans. + Proactively utilize labor market and industry trends in order to educate hiring leaders and to develop recruitment strategies. + Develop proactive, creative and innovative sourcing strategies and techniques to attract, screen and engage active and passive candidates. + Create pipelines of candidates for critical skills areas by utilizing social media and other sources to identify, attract and recruit quality candidates. + Manage all aspects of recruiting for assigned requisitions ranging from sourcing candidates, conducting effective and insightful screening, making candidate recommendations to hiring managers, coordinating the interview process and ensuring a strong candidate experience. + Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection. + Act in compliance with federal, state and local equal employment opportunity statutes, rules and regulations. + Act as a mentor and leader to the recruiters in assigned area in regards to recruitment strategy and best practices, sourcing best practices, and managing hiring leader and candidate interactions and relationships. + Influence the development and enhancement of recruitment strategies by providing innovative approaches to help drive the hiring process and overall candidate and hiring manager experience to provide solutions to meet the business needs. + Act as a resource to assigned locations on recruitment policies and procedures. + Trains hiring leaders on the overall hiring processes, effective candidate assessment techniques, behavioral interviewing techniques and hiring and selection best practices. + Promote ResCareA?s commitment to diversity in a manner supporting the mission and goals by networking with community agencies, professional associations, educational institutions, and attending various events and job fairs. + Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse candidates. + Assist with building the companyA?s reputation as an employer of choice by connecting with selected sourcing and recruiting channels through recruitment branding, community visibility, networking, corporate events, etc.
