In our system, everyone begins their career as a single restaurant manager - what we call a Unit Manager. This means that the people above you have all been where you are and that there is plenty of opportunity for advancement.( Bachelors degree's heavily preferred but not required )

As a Unit Manager, you'll be responsible for running all aspects of your restaurant. That means you'll actually be able to do every job in the restaurant - nothing is beneath you. That means cooking, cleaning, and, most importantly, connecting with our customers and coaching your team are all in a day's work. Don't worry, though, you'll be trained on how to do all of this. Before you can be "checked in" to a Unit, you'll go through our Manager Training Program which lasts approximately 12 weeks. During your training, you'll work in a unit, learning everything that it takes to successfully run your own unit. At the end of your training, you'll come to our home office to complete your training with a 4 day intensive course. Throughout your training, you'll receive attention from senior leadership to ensure you're getting all the support you need. Stock Options, 24 days of vacation a year, and very competitive benefits package. Single unit managers look to make $45,000 to $56,000 the first year.

Send your resume and current employer ( they will not be contacted at this time)
