Create standards through manuals, wall charts, and inspection sheets and implement into the program. Develop strong working relationship with both customer management and distributor.ResponsibilitiesEffectively communicate with all levels of management - causes of any floor care issues and solutions.Field a large amount of phone calls and respond to the calls each day – even while working in the field.Coordinate/support requests for on-site store trouble shooting, porter training and group porter training.Coordinate/support activities to insure floor care standards are met or exceeded for the following store events:Remodeled and new store openingsCorporate store visits Review vouchers filled out by managers and communicate the results to various levels of internal management. Provide solutions to the contractors and make sure that any problems are resolved. Will be required to do monthly reports on store inspectionsHelp to maintain a pool of contractors to be able to bid on stores. Develop a strong relationship between Sealed Air, floor contractors, and store.Responsible for uncovering opportunities within the account to grow the business and strengthen the overall floor care program.Responsible for continuously developing projects to better the store floor care program. (i.e. vendor cost analysis, weather and effects in certain areas, size of stores vs. customer count, proper matting in stores, etc.)Responsible for creating a spreadsheet and updating the spreadsheet monthly. The spreadsheet will include all Sealed Air chemicals used by store. The spreadsheet will show the chemical usage linked together by stores, districts, zones, and total chain. Must be able to analyze the data and indicate any over or under-usage.Participate in 24hour “on call” floor care troubleshooting.
