Job Description:/h3:
The primary duties of the Loan Conversion Processor include but are not limited to:
1. Calls on existing customers who are seeking loan products for converting out of their lease or agreement for deed and into a mortgage.
2. Sends Credit Authorization and Self:Inspection checklist documents and follows up to ensure they are returned in a timely manner.
3. Pulls credit and reviews the pictures to determine the feasibility of loan approval.
4. Works hand in hand with the VPMs customers, lender partners and title agents throughout the transition process.
5. Notates the system each step of the way and helps complete all necessary paperwork for a customers loan to be approved.
6. Works with the Marketing and Business Development departments, thinking creatively on how to source more leads, find new lenders, and increase the effectiveness of the Conversion program.
7. Reviews and negotiates all Pay:Off offers from existing customers who have secured their own funds.
8. Goals : 50 calls a day / 10 new leads per week / 20 mortgage conversions per month

Position located in Columbia SC. This is not a remote employment opportunity.
Travel is not required for this position.
