North American Processing Solutions (NAPS)
As a world:class leader in the merchant processing industry, NAPS is looking for Outside Sales Executives to join our quickly growing team in a very lucrative market. We are looking for candidates who can be responsible at identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities, engaging in a consultative sale, and closing the targeted new prospect accounts. Outside Sales Executives coordinate with our National management teams to ensure the successful development and launch of the product and a superior customer experience.
NAPS in:house marketing department sets an average of 2 preset qualified appointments a day for our outside team. New candidates must be resourceful at building their own leads in addition to the leads provided to them and comfortable working face to face with clients. Appropriate applicants must have experience selling intangible value:added solutions to small and medium sized businesses or a strong ability/desire to learn a new field.
Primary Responsibilities:
:
Prospect, educate, qualify, and develop target accounts to sales:ready leads and opportunities
:
Conduct a consultative selling appointment and become a trusted resource to potential and existing clients
:
Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections
:
Successfully negotiate and close opportunities
:
Act as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing clients
:
Provide account leadership and direction in pre and post sales process
:
Partner with the National Sales Management and Merchant Processing team to drive high customer satisfaction with our services
Requirements:
:
A self:starter with a track record of successful, credible, lead follow:up and sales development at multiple levels within an organization

Ability to quickly connect with a potential client and develop a trusting relationship.

Pre:call planning

Ability to assess opportunities.

Must possess a high level of handling objections

Time and territory management

Ability to work in a high:energy sales team environment; team player

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills

Proficient with standard corporate productivity tools (email, voicemail, MS Office)

Proven track record of sales success

Undergraduate degree (BA/BS)
