We are currently seeking candidates for a senior lead position, as Site Supervisor to run high level merchandising/remodel projects inside a large home and garden retail store. Ideal candidates will have a proven track record of success supervising, managing and working with larger work teams at various major retailer locations across a region. Check us out at : www.thebeamteam.com JOB DESCRIPTION: Supervise, manage and work hands-on with the reset team to safely move and reposition beams and shelving in store bays; relocate or adjust position of stock currently on display; relabel shelves with new pricing labels; place products, information, signage, stickers or other required materials in strict accordance with Plan-O-Grams, photos or other written or verbal instructions; and perform various remodel tasks. Additionally, Site Supervisors are responsible for interfacing with store management, training crew members as required, performing various reporting tasks, and assuring that the project is completed according to specifications. In this position, the candidate for hire needs to expect a lot of travel during the year. The Beam Team offers great benefits and incentives to compensate the right candidate. REQUIREMENTS: Ideal candidates will have several years background in retail resets, store remodels, steel/racking, merchandising and/or related work, and will have experience managing teams traveling to different project sites across your local region. Must be able to perform repetitive bending, standing and walking, and be able to pull, push and lift materials up to 75 pounds. Be available for third shift as well as for first shift and occasional weekends. There will be very frequent travel (company paid expenses). Have reliable transportation, current driver's license, and be able to pass drug and background screenings. Basic carpentry skills and good tool knowledge is required. Should have some tools.
