Job Description Engineered Systems is a full-service crane and hoist specialty company. Our field service technicians work in a wide range of industrial settings performing inspections, maintenance and repairs on overhead crane systems. Our company has been in business for over 40 years and has a history of providing exceptional service and quality products to our customers. Responsibilities: Inspect and repair overhead cranes and hoists Complete necessary documentation of services performed Work with customers, management and other technicians Troubleshoot and solve problems. Qualifications: Familiarity with hand-held, industrial electrical and mechanical tools. Ability to handle physical workload and work at heights. Ability to work in a team environment, typically 2- man crews. Previous experience in industrial maintenance is helpful but not necessary. A working knowledge of three phase and single phase power, variable frequency drives, relays and contactors and a mechanical background is a plus but not necessary. On the job training is available for the right candidate. Valid driver’s license required. Must be able to pass a drug test. Required education: High school or equivalent Preferred experience: Maintenance Technician: 1 year or equivalent working knowledge. Company Description OUR BUSINESS IS GROWING RAPIDLY! In addition to designing and building new equipment, we have a large staff of over 90 technicians who are trained to inspect, maintain, and modify all of your lifting equipment and needs.
